All our orders are despatched in plain packaging, i.e. a brown box or brown padded envelope so no one can see or feel what is inside.
Our labels are equally nondescript and have our company details on them in an abbreviated form, the website name or details are never printed on the packaging.

Super Saver utilises (for UK) Royal Mail non recorded and so delivery time may be a little longer (usually 2-3 days over standard delivery). Standard Delivery utilises (for UK) Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Interlink Express, whilst the Royal Mail International Signed for service is utilised for non UK orders. Delivery is within 1 to 5 working days. Special Delivery utilises Royal Mail Special Delivery service and Interlink Express. This is only available for UK delivery addresses and guarantess delivery the next working day after despatch. Delivery is next working day. Courier Delivery utilises Interlink Express and is only available for UK mainland customers. Please note - whilst Courier Delivery is our recommended delivery service for areas hit by strike action Saturday delivery is not possible with this option. Delivery is next working day. International Orders (Non UK, N. Ireland and Channel Islands) - Please note all International orders (Outside United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands) can only be despatched to the billing address.
